Lenovo's approach to attracting and retaining talent

I just read this article on the diversity and inclusion initiative: https://www.computerworld.com/article/3651048/lenovo-diversity-inclusion-tech-employees.html and the question arises as to whether Lenovo has become inclusive for all but those with skillset and talent.

WOKE. Look at where it's coming from. Nothing but brainwashing. Hopefully people will wake-up before it's too late.

And if you're an IT worker, you're treated like a child and a burden to the company. They make sure they squeeze as much productivity out of you as possible - nights, weekends, working on vacation... It's almost as if they thought of their workers as second-class citizens, kind of like a former German dictator did in the 1930's and 40's.

if anyone was paying attention in kindergarten, there would be no need for "diversity and inclusion programs."

It's real simple: be kind to everyone and don't be a d!ck. Too bad the task is far too challenging for management.
