On my store it's preety evident one of the ASMs is sleeping with a supervisor. She follows him around like a puppy dog and they always eat lunch together in the office. Every sees and it and has it figured out.

That is crazy! I'm sure that never happens anywhere else in a work environment!
HR is useless. You know that. They are 800 miles away. How can they know anything about a store dynamic?
We had a couple ASMs doing the horizontal bop a few years ago in the Zone Office.
Neither were with the company very long after bring caught.
Anonymously report it to regional HR. Even if it's not really happening, they will investigate it. Fraternization is against the rules because it can lead to favoritism and other bad consequences that negatively affect the store.
