Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Never seen more than 2.5% raise

I personally have not seen more than 2.5% raise here. Given the overall situation, low morale, inflation and everything else... I believe that most will start looking for something better. I already know people for whom the bonus was breaking point here. I polished my resume because why stay here when this company obviously doesn't need me, which it has confirmed in various ways.

They want you to quit so they don't have to give you unemployment or pay severance. Here's a thought, Stay and take the company down from the inside.

3% is standard/base at most places… It’s apparently generous for Centene.

I received 3.25% this year, but yeah it's still nothing compared to the overall market.

@2bzk+1fNPcaCc - same feeling as a legacy Health Net employee. Gone to he-l since Centene took over. It is like the only ones who benefitted are the CEOs who sold out!

I was with Wellcare before Centene bought the company and it's gone a full 180. This used to be a job I was proud to have and felt like a valued employee. Not anymore.
