I am under terrible pressure. Management constantly makes unrealistic demands. There are no priorities - everything is urgent. How do I manage to do all that workload in such a short time? It is hardly possible. The worst thing is that they know very well that the quality of what is done cannot be good if the employee works under so much pressure, but they do not care much about that. I don't know how much longer I will be able to continue with this dynamic.
