If Lowe’s is moving towards a majority PT workforce then that means they need to hire people. It’s not really happening. No one is applying.

I'm a flooring specialist with a sales quota. They've cut the two part timers in my dept down to one day a week, and made me closer. We don't have any stockers, so I'm assuming that will be my responsibility before I get fired for not making enough sales smh

Is this legal? They cut hours in Hawaii too! Full time down to 37hrs. Part time down to 12hrs.
Making up for the bonuses.. Cutting hours until that much money is recouped 🤪
Lowe's management is d-mber than rocks
And yet the corporate mo--ns continue to advertise and hire more people. P/T people, that’s the key. They want F/T employees gone!!!
