Sometimes it seems to me that leadership is so busy with themselves that they forget to lead. Everyone here is more interested in the future of Allstate than they are. What are some results or improvements in this company that they have accomplished? I can't think of many. Allstate needs a big shake up.

Tom Wilson and the SLT team are just running the company to the ground. Employees are worked to the bone, burnt out and frustrated. Closing the home office to move into downtown were there's riots and car jackings have fun! They don't care for the employees , fired everyone and go home and count their Fu$$ing money. Tom has enough for generations come.... It's one ring freaking circus and all the money grubbing monkeys are the main attraction. Karma will swing their way. one day.
