You got more on your PTO payout because you're not having money taken out for Medical, dental, 401K, etc.

They make the rules as they go. Their lawyers must be good. They are still in business. Just because you hear one thing here, when it comes to the moment, that’s when you will find out what you get.

Dont forget it wont be taxed as normal income, it'll be taxed like a bonus so you will get less.
