Arm research team were impacted significantly. But some how Arm CEO has a very expensive chief of staff plus a secretary. It would have been good to let the chief of staff overhead go and keep a good researcher. It tells you where Arm’s priorities are.

Any info on which groups are affected? 15% of non- Central Engineering groups doesn't leave much left if the company is really 80% engineers.

I hope Arm will come out of this a better company. By gutting middle management we can lose the bureaucracy that has dragged this place down, and get back to doing proper engineering.

Good luck to all affected!
I understand that everyone else in Cambridge is getting ready to absorb as many engineers as they can.
And take it from someone who took the opportunity, if you are tired of Cambridge, now is a great time to get out.
