USAA told me they're giving me 60 days to find a new job and that if I don't find a job at USAA they'll pay out my severance. What if get a job at another company before the 60 days? Do I still get USAA severance payout?

Yes, but you need to coordinate with HR. They will adjust your sever date so you will still get the package. Be careful…you can accept a position outside USAA but you cannot start while still employed by USAA.
