People were notified yesterday if they were moving to GB. Town hall scheduled next week with GB to go over details.
Wonder why AIG gave "early notice" of layoffs? this is generally not their style. Did anyone get offered a job by GB?
Severance is two weeks per year, unused PTO, prorated STI and you can choose to keep benefits through severance term, or get paid as a lump sum. Got "early notice" of layoff in July, so if you accept a new position before then, you lose out of severance.
Let us know how it goes. I keep hearing that severance is changing and such.
