If you don't mind not working from home, there are so many opportunities. So many are leaving banks due to RTO for remote positions and very few are applying for the jobs left vacant. With so few applicants, the banks are desperate for people who know what they're doing and are offering nice incentives to those interested. Look at what's available and you'll see I'm right.
