Why keep carping on about the minimal and non existent pay rises when its should be clear after five years, they aint commin.
Why bang on about Mr Angry, the steak cutter, Ve(just)nod, Chris DomogooglesomeBS and the rest of the cronies who are living the high life on the backs of staff.

I can agree the company went down hill fast, the CEO is a a-ho-e always angry when people ask for more money. You want us to work towards a common goal, then DEFINE ONE! Everyones project is the most important, every account runs like a sperate company. Everything can't be high priority !
Don't get me started on offerings , we have Platform X (that no one can really define), Storage but accounts just go out and do there own thing anyway.
Don't get me started on having to purchase old stuff from Moneyball or whatever they call it today. I need a $5,000 server and forced to take a $25,000 that doesn't have all the things I need, so have to out and purchase more.
Two magic words in the original post: "Just Leave". DXC is the employer from he-l, but it's not a prison. You can walk any time you want to. Many of us left before even lining up the next role. There's plenty of scope out there.
Important thing to those thinking of joining DXC. If you think to yourself, "It can't really be that bad." - it is. It's the worst company I ever worked for, and I've worked for a few.
