The worst management of all the companies I have worked in so far. Leadership without vision. Low pay. I don’t mean to exaggerate when I say it’s hard to find a single positive thing about this company. If someone asked me if there was anything that Windstream is good at today, I wouldn't know the answer.

I just recently left WIN after nearly 24 years. With raises for salary employees once every 3 years, I took a position elsewhere starting out with pay that would take nearly another 30 years at WIN to reach. There are other companies out there that are willing to pay people what they’re worth, you just have to put in the work to find them and apply for the positions.
only good thing is we still got a job, Lord knows we can't get one any place else.
good at chasing people away, great at expecting employees to do the work of three with no raises
When HR and the board ask employees to post positive reviews without merit it speaks volumes to the leadership of this company.
We have had 2 candidates ghost my team for an interview. One of them followed up with a lack of interest after doing more research.
