The Defense and Space Sales and Leadership Team received 28% raises.
About 3% took me to just over usd110,000 for a sr engineer level (band 3) . I ain’t an engineer. I guess they think the name/title means something.
4% as a block 4. No wonder everyone is pi---d at their merit increase. Can’t get a good raise here. We’re so cheap and don’t invest in people.
A close colleague at Engines got a 15+% raise because he got an outside offer and HON matched it. Kudos to his manager who recognized my colleague was worth retaining. Sadly. I'm in Tempe and am not worth dog po-p in the eyes of my "people manager."

In connected Atlanta … We all got a raise but morale is very low. We can’t say it out loud otherwise we get whacked on the head from the top of the pyramid

Maybe replace those fellows with better ressources from HTS. Surely connected can send better from Bangalore to help out?
We better check out those fellows that come to aero and are paid 15 or more %… they must be those tricksters from connected, that know everything and do the bidding of those VPs in Atlanta.

Just to jog your memory: In 2020 Honeywell cancelled your raise after giving you a big one! What a scam HW was, and still is. Wait til April to know for sure. Never trust any commmiee like Honeywell, China, Russia, ... their words ain't mean shittt.

Don’t forget the past and future furloughs that counter indicates promised pay. Honeywell should disclose how much pay they have withheld from employees over the years as part of the compensation plan/statement.
3% that's actually really high for this company and even I was surprised when I got it. But then again in 2020 nobody got a raise while executives were able to offload their rsus for massive amounts of money.
The coming recession will add some spice to the great resignation. We have two more years of inflation ahead good luck…

What about the salary cut to create a bonus pool which they promptly cut in half?

Sounds like HW has given out a good raise but need to wait until April for sure. It was a verbal offer.
Please, true inflation is about 3 times that. Gas is top of the pyramid and the increase in it trickles down to raise everything else that they do not count in inflation.
Electric vehicles, wind power, or lettuce wraps to run your fu----g lights will not solve this inflation.
I got 10%!........wait I don't work for HW anymore and I got 2x MIP at my startup company as well. I feel like I wasted 13 years of my career with HW.
