And bring back the experienced reps. State Farm’s reputation is in the toilet and can still be plunged out by doing these things. Put your ego to the side.

LOC buildings may be gone but we just started hiring claims and management in 5 former LOC locations to work from home permanently. It's an acknowledgment that the hubs are tapped out of the local competition is too much for us to attract any good employees anymore.
@nwi Still looks like SF is living rent free in your head since you're still visiting this website.
@7oro What former employee is going to spend their own money to relocate to a hub when the company has not made positive changes? Most have either retired or found more fulfilling jobs with another company and would be id--ts to return to SF. The former employees that would come back probably wouldn't be much better than hiring a new employee that doesn't know what their in for on their first day.
LOC is done. Closed. Now bring em all back to the hubs.
Was this someone's idea of a joke? Bring back the LOCs? What are you Nuts?
Take away the WFH and you will have so many people quit it'll make your head spin!!
Why not outsource? According to virtually every post on here service is terrible, all the good people have left and there is no one but newbies and the nearly retired left. Sounds like the perfect time to outsource. That is likely why staffing is so low-much easier to transition to a new model with less employees.
Lol, State Farm is going to outsource all claim jobs , right before that, they will gut all the support analyst positions. Go check Allstate and ask them how their claim transition has been to India , you people ki-l me.
Temp agencies run Farm. Calling it transformation. What a rip off
I’m thrilled the company is doing well. I have friends that remain with the company and I still have a vested interest in the company’s overall success.
With that said, State Farm is a terrible place to work. Those two things can be true simultaneously; at least for a while.
I left voluntarily three years ago (wish I’d gotten that severance) after a successful 20 year career. My success has picked up where it left off in my new career.
You can do it. Get out. Never been a better time. Things at State Farm are never going back to the way they were for employees. People like me, people who have options, are never coming back.
SF will be outsourcing all claims jobs in near future. Then rest of company will follow.
Why would any experienced former employee return to this company? SF is a joke. The folks they cast off are now working fir companies that are crushing SF. Oops...
@2ajq-so glad you left too. We have done so much better without you!
Probably same people that have produced record results and widened the lead against all competitors….
It isnt gonna happen…whoever was responsible for the hubs back about 13 years ago….which ran off the experience reps……should have been fired……so glad I left this company…….
@2awz-wow you described our CS and CA’s to a tee. Well done.
You better get some help!
"The only thing burning is you."
Yeah. Burnout is an actual problem thanks to record production while being understaffed
LOL-that is your answer to facts. What a minion.
Much thanks to PR joining the chat

I LOVE STATE FARM
The roof is on fire.........
No we won't come back. Thanks for the severance package. Saw the light, and found better employment.
Anyone that was working in a LOC can certainly apply for one of the remote positions. But, no they are not bringing back physical office space.
They are not going to because the bride has already been burned and destroyed. They paid out millions of severance and now have eggs on their faces. CCC and other entry level departments are being fully handled by temp agencies now. They know what they are doing.
