Does anyone know of a website that would allow you to compare benefit packages at various companies? I ask because when I speak with others at different companies, big and small, in a similar position as mine, they all are all much better off than I am. I'd like for the next generation of workers to have a fighting chance and to not get stuck in a company like Honeywell.

Good thread.
401k sucks. Every month they keep your match is theft. Payout in stock is theft.
Vacation is not "unlimited". It's very limited. And if you are free to be off, you aren't doing enough, here's more work.
Dental and eye care is...meh.
Hon medical sucks, too expensive, terrible coverage, biased taxes for weight and smoking...fine. just be skinny and drink yourself to kidney failure. Ok, got it.
And promotions basically happen when a lot of others leave together. <
Having worked in various industries and in both large and tiny companies, HON is by far the stingiest, and provides just enough "benefits" to be able to say that they offer benefits. The worst place I've worked in my 30+ year career. Believe it...no one is forcing me to say this. Employees are viewed as liabilities, not assets, and the only reason they spring for an HR department is to manage the liabilities.
There is no comparison to the well.
I haven’t met anyone who has a worse benefits than HON.
Retail (Lowes, HOme depot, backpacking stores)
Industry (oil, gas, energy, electricity distribution)
Sales (selling pipe etc, selling steel)
All people I’ve spoken to and asked about their benefits and they are cheaper or more generous than honeywel.
It’s hard to describe how poor a company Honeywell is.
Honeywell starting with Bossdity and then the great thief Cote started the benefits steal in the late '90's and accelerated under Cote big time. No coincidence the stock has screamed since. Medical premiums up big time. Pensions stolen, frozen and stopped. Retiree medical- GONE. Just a few of the money grabs.
