Working here is like watching the theater play every day. There is a leadership that acts using some empty phrases trying to convince us that they have everything under control. There are those who act pretending to work hard, and all they do is brown nosing. Also, there are everyday games at the micro level, such as employee backstabbing or gossiping. That is why it is impossible to imagine a bright future here.
