I met PS several times outside of work. In addition to his professional qualifications he's a fine person. He'd bring a humble, down to earth quality I believe is sorely lacking now. I hope he gets it.

@cmr - In two years PS will be roughly the same age as Tipsord when he took over.

Influence yes, decision rights no.

@yvy - True, though the recommendation of the CEO and Chairman would have enormous influence on that decision.

PS would be excellent but now too old…

SF does not make the CEO decision. Made by the Board of Directors-all outsiders except Tipsord,

PS is the best positioned candidate though JF could be a dark horse. If Tipsord decides to follow the traditional State Farm succession plan then his son. Bringing in an outsider is not the SF way. Tipsord turns 65 in '24.

It will probably be Mikey Tipsturd son. Putin Jr. and changes with less employees and ship jobs over to India and Pakistan with the best employee survey and customer service in 100 Year's of service!!!!

It is going to be an outsider. They will likely take an ax to staffing and ship IT and claims jobs to India.

@pqo……for sure. And it should probably be a union organizer who lives within their means and doesn’t drink, gamble, or sleep around.

I think it should be a 20something who hates working for the company and has never had any other experience other than a moderator in a college safe place.

That's the only way to get changes in place
