I had an achieved so my bonus payout was also 167% of the agreed to bonus x%. Its the undeserved "Partial Achieve" that sucks.

Got an Achieved, and got the full 167% of my bonus that was expected. Now let's see if payroll can actually make sure the $$$ hits my bank. There have been a LOT of payroll issues lately, which makes me think that this function was recently off-shored or out sourced....

Though the company factor was 169%, but individual factor for exceeded is not that great less than 110% …

Bonuses were above 100%. They were higher for people who got higher ratings. Raises were low...way below inflation.

They were predicting a very high % in Q4. Would be curious to know how that shook out seeing as they missed Q4 numbers.
