How can we have Regional Delivery Centers, if its virtual 1st?

The term "Regional Delivery Center" is a useful euphemism to identify groups of low and high paid workers.
Not sure why you're getting downvoted, seems a reasonable question.
I think the Virtual First model is short sighted, yes DXC may save some cash on office costs but they lose all the intangible benefits of having people work in proximity to each other:
Mentoring
Team building
Idea exchanges
That said my experiences of DXC offices was that they were woeful, utterly unsuited to knowledge workers and all about making the cost as low as possible, so maybe DXC never had these intangible benefits to start with!
