They care about shareholder profit first, but ultimately they do care about the employees and their ability to take care of their of their families.

F OFF. This board is for employees and not HR or the Butcher. A company that always uses “we want to be number 1”. The company is making billions of dollars! Be happy with huge profits, retain quality and talent to deliver superb customer service. If number 3 or 4 gets billions per quarter then it comes to when is enough enough? Such bs with the company.
