Anyone get laid off for vaccine mandate yet? Purchases service received their letters to have them by early April. Weird because everyone is scraping theirs.

New round of head count reductions is not looming, it is starting. People are getting cut tomorrow.

People who do not believe in hard data do not have a place in Ford. They should go to GM or Tesla, they do not care about the health of their employees. Those unvaccinated should go a work for Putin.
Another one here holding tight about refusing to indicate a status either way, my medical choices are none of their business.
Haven't heard back from them after getting the call to tell me that if I wasn't vaxxed or have permission not to be that there may be an indefinite amount of unpaid leave sometime after Feb 11th.
I 'm still here and haven't heard a thing recently. I'm vaxxed but refused to provide proof. I didn't care for Ford asking about medical issues. I understand why they asked and would have acquiesced if Ford didn't demand proof. I just found it really offensive. If Ford asks me to trust them to pay me, provide benefits etc. Then they can trust that I would tell them the truth if I was jabbed or not. The requirement to upload my vax card was too much.
Yeah. We didn't participate in their games or bluffs.

Data Analytics- “Hey good news 83.78% of those employees would resign if you implement Policy XYZ”
HR - “Great, hey Billy will you approve of Policy XYZ?”
Billy - “Hey BCG, I need a study from you saying Policy XYZ is the way to go. I need it before the next BOD meeting”
