Are you the person who asks how to drive a sc--w, is told use a screwdriver, and then sends a hundred emails complaining that the hammer isnt working.. and it worked last week... something changed... tell how to do this with a hammer?

It’s a conspiracy of ineptitude from the top down. It's the culture of incompetence that happens when the most experienced people are pushed out of the company through layoffs and attrition. There are so many newbies that they don’t know what needs to be done for projects to be completed.
