Am I the only one who feels like information that is crucial to the successful completion of a project is sometimes held back for no good reason?

Are you the person who asks how to drive a sc--w, is told use a screwdriver, and then sends a hundred emails complaining that the hammer isnt working.. and it worked last week... something changed... tell how to do this with a hammer?

Information is being withheld because they need someone for the lower elbow.

It’s a conspiracy of ineptitude from the top down. It's the culture of incompetence that happens when the most experienced people are pushed out of the company through layoffs and attrition. There are so many newbies that they don’t know what needs to be done for projects to be completed.
Did you go to "the progarm meeting" or were you feed the infomation second hand? That's the usually MO.
