Don’t get burnt because it’s not worth it. It is better to save energy and nerves for another company. I feel really bad when I see my colleagues who are completely burned, but still work somehow.
I am almost certain that more than 70% of Allstate employees are in the same position. Perhaps even more? Why do you allow yourself that?

I recently resigned. My coworker said she wanted to leave, but is afraid as she’s been with Allstate nearly 25 years. She’s in her 50’s and feels she is stuck.
