Thread regarding ADP layoffs

I wish only bad things for companies that do business in communist countries in order to turn a large profit. I am happy the companies in Russia that are American are having to shut down, I am not happy for the reason of course let that be known. When companies do business in communist countries the only people who profit are the communist dictator and the American company leaders.

It doesnt matter that the associates arent located where there is reliable internet or power, they will work cheaply enough that ADP will keep hiring and ADP turns a blind eye to attendance and turnover issues. #WINNING! what a STELLAR plan for the future!

Offshore seems to be the answer. Good luck with that. When I worked for ADP, the rework we American associates had to do for our offshored people was phenomenal. But they worked cheap. Real cheap. Maybe that's all that matters. To ADP that is.

It seems alot has been going offshore....

How many people in GETS were let go? How many people in GPT (is this global product technology?)? Are they able to get rid of the people who "keep the lights on" only because they moved to AWS or did they just move the jobs overseas? How can they just get rid of these jobs?

1jts+1fDUTIWd... there is NO leadership at ADP, so dont struggle to understand what these id--ts are doing. THey can’t see the forest for the trees.

Its all about cost cutting and nothing else! The usual get rid of 20-50 "high wage earners" every quarter. Good luck finding talent ADP!

Not rumored but true. GETs is a department in GPT ( Global Enterprise Technology Services). This is the entire organization that is responsible for “ keeping the lights on” at ADP. Over the past 9+ months, it’s gotten hit hard and yesterday some good people were let go. Don’t understand the direction of leadership on this one at all.

Department? Numbers? Any additional info beside "rumored"?
