I don't know if it’s the lack of challenging assignments, no recognition for work well done, or something else entirely, but it's obvious that so many of us are not happy at Dell anymore. I have to say when Sunday becomes stressful because it's the day ahead of Monday, then it's time to admit that something is seriously wrong. I have enjoyed my time here at one point, but I think it's now time to move on.
