In fact, nothing has changed here for a long time. The same problems are always present. Additional problems are piling up. People leave dissatisfied with pay and the general way the company treats employees.
Now that the best have gone and when it is clear that everything is going downhill here, I wonder what would it take for our leadership to finally make some positive changes here?
