I don't understand how we're not losing more money considering how disorganized Allstate is. All the management is doing is attempting to maintain the status quo by making sure employees work against each other instead of with each other and ignoring complaints. I would laugh at it if it didn't affect me personally.

It is because the other companies are taking more rate hikes than Allstate did, I jumped from Allstate because I was told how Allstate was getting beat on rates and losing business. I have come to find out that isn't really true, and it hurts, well specifically my commission checks.
Got me a 50% higher bonus this year so I'm not complaining
Because they are selling all their properties that are worth a fortune and laying employees off. “Looks” like the company is bringing in a lot of money
