I don't want to be here anymore and I have no interest in working hard for this ELT. I don't want to keep making my manager look good while he takes all the credit and I don't want to keep doing the crucial work I do just so the upper management can fill its pockets more. I was so scared of layoffs and now I hate the fact I wasn't on the list. I'm staying for severance. If I'm not laid off in the next round, I'll leave on my own.

There's plenty of jobs open by lots of IT companies now. Start interviewing!
