Mostly I don't care much what others do here. I want to finish my job as well as possible because I'm paid for it and I'm not paid to play the role of a supervisor.
However, it is impossible not to notice how some come to work late and then go home early. Without any consequences too. I am sure that I would be immediately sanctioned if I did what they do.
Why is that so? Why are some so privileged?

Our Store Manager comes in late and leaves early pretty much daily. And “when the cats away, the mice will play”.
The managers in our store who are on salary work a forty hour week period. You see them running out the door when their shift is up. The store manager comes and goes as he pleases. He claims to be working from home. It is a rarity if he is on the store for forty hours. This is allowed because his head is up the regionals behind. What a load of cr-p. I am not surprised though this is typical Macy’s operation.
True it happens alot in my location in South Texas.
It’s not easy to just terminate an employee even if they are awful and have horrible attendance which is all to common in retail. It requires a lot of documentation, “coaching” etc. And It’s a hassle to have hire a new employee, conduct phone interviews and training. Also they could be a complete nut job and start screaming at you because they have issues when they show up for training. About 50% of new employees in retail stop showing up after the first 2 days. Does this answers your question?
because your nose is not brown like them ones you mention
