Thread regarding CVS layoffs

They humiliate us

Stop with the LP quizzes that tell our employees that corporate thinks they are theives and that 30% of shirk comes from internal theft. Nthing says “I don’t value you” like telling them some one in their store is stealing every month. Especially when we don't have the staff to watch the crackheads that are stealing.


It's great that someone mentioned this - @8any+1frSG5J5. I have no comment other than that I am shocked by how much CVS is able to humiliate its employees. It's like their goal is to make us feel bad?

89% of shrink comes from shoplifting
10% of shrink comes from mispicks at the DC
1% of shrink is internal

I've been a manager for 15 years and prior to that I was in law enforcement and this is my honest opinion. I thought about going into LP but it is a joke.

Lp waste of time and money fill out shoplifters incident WHY so you can say a guy in a hoodie stole from us for the 5th time this week. Not worth the time filling out. Lp get a clue. These stores are being pummeled by shoplifters on a daily basis. Check your BOH change report and let’s figure out where the problem is happening, hey Einstein SH-Ts walking out not by the piece but by the bag full. LMAO Amazon put us out of our misery already!!!!

30% of all shrink doesn’t mean 30% of employees steal. A few people that steal everyday because they work there can hurt a store much worse than a cr------d that does it once.
