Centene corrupt way of running their organization, has kept their legal teams pretty busy fighting former employees discrimination allegations ,This sh-t show of a company will fight each suit tooth and nail knowing damn well they are guilty, and the sad part is they know their in the wrong , greed and maliscious acts against employees will eventually take its toll.

I am getting ready to sue for discrimination. I have been the source of auditing for more than a year because I have a negative survey. I get audited by the auditing team, and then audited by my manager at the direction of the director and the VP. My direct manager had to report it to HR, I have reported it, and the team lead reported, and HR did nothing. Theft then turned around and started giving me more cases than anyone which I had to report to HR as well. It has been a long road.

I too agree with everything said/typed!! But I chose to fight!! I have an open an active case against WellCare/Centene. The CHRO has found my case to have evidence of discrimination yet the Centene attorney refuses to provide a reasonable settlement offer. Ok fine!! Let’s take it to a judge!! I’m looking for anyone who works or worked at Centene who has been discriminated against to share your story. Even if you didn’t sue, I want to hear from you! We must speak up for ourselves to end this unfair and unjust treatment!! There’s been so many suits against them for wrongful and fraudulent practices from at least 12 states! It’s time for us to stand up!!
Totally agree! My layoff included a majority of women over 40, but then they throw a young guy in, for no reason other than to win an age discrimination lawsuit.
They got rid of some good people, only to keep scrappy ones.

Absolutely! They have their minions checking and responding to the posts, you can tell because they are always positive, “ oooh! I’m so happy working at Centene/ Fidelis, they are such a good company and work environment, Ooooh! Ooooh”. It is all sirupy dribble by the corporate minions!!
It would be fun to divert a lot of resources by pretending to be part of the 1% though…
They know that 99% of people will go away quietly and not pursuit a lawsuit. Centene KNOWS racism and favoritism is part of the culture they promote to keep the have-not in their place. They are not interested in changing that. Why could that be? Institutional racism will only favor them in the courts systems. With enough money can you win any case. It's all part of leaderships game that mainly helps them (in huge paychecks, and bonuses).
Centene is not a career job first off, 2nd you only come here to gain experience and move on before you fall in the trap of constant disappointments.
I agree , Trash corrupt corporation and a horrible CEO , the culture at Centene is very out of touch with morals and values . Stay away far away from this pits of he-l.
Centene will pay for their wrongs and continue to do wrong , this company do not care about being sued . They care about greed and when your greedy you don’t care who you demolish to get to the top.
