It's getting worse here day by day.
Is it possible that the management is not aware of the pressure on employees and that because of that pressure we are losing people who are not easy to replace?
They don’t even seem to be aware that Allstate is in trouble. The pressure is growing and they are doing nothing about it.
Yep, that's essentially the essence of everything posted here the last few years. Staff is miserable, and the c-suite are saying everything is wonderful. Do you not remember the infamous Town Hall where Tommy was asked about turnover and actually said "I wouldn't say we're bleeding people..."
They either don't know or don't fu----g care, and I'm not sure which is worse.
