Hey everyone, I left the company last year and haven’t gotten my w2 yet. Has any former employee got theirs yet? I usually received mines electronically from that website which I obviously no longer have access to anymore lol please let me know

To those who talk about getting a lawyer for your W2, it will be more trouble than it is worth, all Allstate or any company has to do is show that it was mailed by Jan 31st and since it is all automatic it is tracked and logged so once they provide the proof it was mailed they are off the hook and you are paying the lawyer for nothing. A decent lawyer would tell you to call the 800 number and get a replacement.
@1ugd+1f9OBMtF I was signed up for online delivery when I was an employee, mine was mailed to me and I received it several weeks ago.
I left the company last April and received mine in the mail last week.

I’ll give it another week before I report them or get a lawyer involved.
It’s Allstate so naturally it’s difficult.
I’m on hold with askHR now, as a kind soul gave me the number. Hoping to get this mailed, as legally they should have by now.
Locked out of the online site for w2. HR unable to be reached as phone number goes direct to a mailbox that is full and chat won't answer. Asked my leader and they are locked out too. No one will help us. I am in claims.
I received mine by mail about 2 weeks ago.
I am a current employee that is locked out of that ADP thing. Chatted in with HR three times today and let it sit there on hold while working waiting for someone to get to me and each time they disconnected the chat after about 30 or so minutes without so much as a response. I will try again tomorrow but I am not playing games for long. I have zero patience with this company anymore. I have no hesitation reporting their happy arses to the IRS if they don't watch their steps.
What is Allstate HR’s number?
I'm in the same boat. I retired last year. I called HR and was told that it will be mailed to me; they did not try to get me access to the ADP system. Still waiting for it to be mailed.
I left too and STILL haven’t got mine either. And I thought LEGALLY they’d need to send me one?
Why anyone would sign up for online only access is a mystery to me unless you live somewhere where you mail gets stolen or you move frequently within a year.
You can still access online even if you receive a mailed copy.
That HR person lied. You never need to agree to online only access. They try to make you feel bad but dont allow it.
If you had online access, and lost it, call in and get it reinstated. Hopefully you used your personal address for this. If not, they can still hook you up.
They won't mail if you signed up for the online delivery whether you work for the company or not. I don't get how they can force people being laid off to sign up for the online service as explained below but as many other illegal things this company does I would not be surprised. Guess it saves them on postage to bully the laid off into signing up for the online option. But if you do sign up for the online delivery they are not required to mail them out. I have had online delivery for 4 years now and haven't had it mailed since.

adp made me call allstate to get unlocked when i tried to get my w-2 last week when i got email saying w-2 was ready on adp to download. allstate got me unlocked
If you signed up for ADP.com for your W2 and you are unable to unlock access to your account then you will have to contact Allstate HR. I had the same problem when I got laid off in 2020. In fact when we were laid off the HR lady said we had to sign up for ADP.com for our W2's during our last 60 days of employment as they said Allstate would not be mailing them to those of us laid off. I signed up in November and was locked out by February from ADP.com when I tried to access. Allstate HR was helpful in helping me get back access to ADP.com however I had to call like 3-4 times because of long hold/wait times. I don't think they mail them if you signed up with ADP.com when you were employed there since ADP.com is not a part of Allstate itself and is a third party.
