There was a time when Ford had leaders that actually connected what needed to be done with the people being called on to do it. Don't know what happened.
This is so true! I too keep wondering what happened in the meantime and why it changed so drastically. It bothers me because I used to really love working here, and now I don’t.

Sad times. When a company that has said its employees are "family" ignore the concerns of that family and do things like force untested vaccines on them, you know something has changed. Companies like Ford don't collapse from the outside, but from there inside. We are seeing that collapse now. Bill Sr. and Alan Mulally would not stand for this.
