Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Transactional Growth

Todays 4th quarter results demonstrate how poorly run Allstate really is. Cost cutting job layoffs only shaved 3 points off expenses.

Transactional growth is the death of Allstate. The marketeers on enhanced scale to the rescue for policy #s and retention in the toilet

So happy to have left after 10 years. Esurance was a good company. Took about 8 years for Allstate to ruin it. Im sure it used to be better on the All state side too.

Agreed, it was heading downhill but transformative growth has absolutely demolished any morale left, at all levels and in all departments. Now they’re RAISING rates, LOL, this place is a fu----g joke, I cancelled my Allstate policies a year ago due to rate increases for no reason and I work for this company! Any smart consumer will be out the door at their next renewal. Combine that with absolute garbage claims service and India based departments (everyone hates that, the language barrier), we’re not in the toilet, this company is in the SEWER!

Transformative growth has made this a company nobody wants to work for.
Customers unhappy, agents miserable, adjusters/claims a nightmare. Hope it was worth ruining all that was good here Tom and Glenn for short term savings.
Just send it all to Pune India already.
