How does the new grading system affect bonuses this year? Thought I read something somewhere but can’t find it.

It doesn’t affect 2021 bonus. It’s effective from 2022. Mostly not much change for Refinitiv. For LSEG they will now get a bonus target, before it was anything from 0-100% and up to the manager, no contractual commit. In LSEG like many other companies they rarely did pay rises for staff , from what I get told around only 20% in LSEG ever received a pay rise in any year.
