While everyone is speculating whether Anthem will soon cut more people and whether the company can keep doing more with fewer people, I am afraid that something else is happening here. I have less work to do than ever. I would say that it is not about doing more with less, but doing less with less. And it's been this way for a while. Any thoughts?

I agree. Seems they are not willing to invest the basic necessities needed even to do our jobs
