There is no reason to give more than a few days notice. Two weeks is ridiculous. You sit and wait for turn over meetings to start and nothing happens until the final day or two.
The Great Resignation will officially begin March 7, some notices will be two weeks, some will be two months, however the effect and impact on the door will be the same
There are no layoffs - the last poster was possibly a troll account. if anything, there is going to be a Great Resignation in the coming weeks.
