At this point, nothing would make me happier than to be replaced by a contractor, get the package and finally leave this place. How many more people are hoping to get laid off? I'm sure it's more than 50 percent, which says a lot about the workplace here.

WS doesn't ' have ' to give us a package, they can simply lay us off. No law says they have to give us anything other than unemployment benefits.
Don’t look for any separation package anytime soon. Windstream can’t get enough bodies now to fill the huge amount of job openings they created so buckle up and enjoy the ride.Just remember, we don’t lock the doors here.
Oh BS. No one actually wants to get laid off. If you do then you must be 25 years old, live with your parents and have zero responsibility.

Forget the cheerleaders on Stream, this is the vibe all of my coworkers feel right now. In all my years of mergers and team consolidations I have never seen soo many people from any team have an F this place attitude.
