The inventor of the mRNA technology used in the main two vaccines doesn't believe in vaccine mandates. This sounds like an easy way to cut headcount while also trying to look "woke." Why aren't workers in retail locations also required to get vaccinated? They work more closely together with other employees and the public than any other employee in the company. Why are these associates getting special treatment?

Why? Because the TMUS vax mandate has nothing to do with health, it has everything to do with controlling the minions and trying to turn a profit. Can't wait until this afternoon to listen to the BS they push out in the 4Q/2021 earnings announcement.
I'll have a giant box of popcorn listening to the all employees meeting tomorrow.
Time takes care of everything. If I hear one more report of medical advisors told us to make this pathway my IQ points will drop. This is Corporate over reach, invasion of privacy, and discrimination unlike anything I have ever witnessed. You will allow outside people to come into the RBOs with a mask on non vaccinated to fix toilets but not business reps. It never mattered before and now it does...you allow negative tests to be done for vaccinated only but not unvaccinated willing to come in office. Mind you AT&T allows their reps to come in office and double mask, socially distance etc....to quote the icon Rodney Dangerfield on this scenario from back to school....you must live in fantasy land TMO.
Good post. It would make more sense to require people who are exposed to random people and many strangers (those that shop but don't buy) in the stores. I believe the health department calls this vectors for disease and should be taken seriously. Therefore it seems the plan to terminate unvaccinated office works is really a layoff plan but they can terminate for cause and not have to pay severance or unemployment.
Dirty business at it's finest. Meanwhile the CEO gets $100 million in stock and has a fancy sea plane as a luxury hobby.
Really care about people T-Mobile? Put a black woman in the CEO position to fix all the apparent vaccination discrimination.
