I'm trying to get out of here. This is no longer the company I started working for. Now it's something completely different. I hope to get an offer soon. I wonder what kind of companies you are looking for? I had previously received an offer from a small company that was very tempting, but I declined because it seemed too risky to now go to a small startup.

Consider one of the smaller higher ed publishers. They still maintain the "shoot outside the fort" perspective rather than bloody your own army. Another sector to consider is K12 but that can be spotty b/c state budgets vary greatly. A good territory can still get you a 6 figure bonus but it's rare.
There’s so many EdTech companies out there. I found my job by reading through articles like “Top [whatever] EdTech companies of 2021!” and just going to their career pages.
