Remember when they made all managers take leave without pay and some managers were saying it was actually going to be a pay increase because they were going to collect unemployment? Some serious coping going on.

Well actually...

You can expect the FRA to publish a proposed two-person crew regulation in the VERY near future. So that removes that chess piece from the bargaining table...

Here is the place holder for the rule, couple that with the new FRA director's comments regarding the 2PC issue and it's about to be a done deal...

That's sounds like a great idea. They're already leaving now as it is. So yeah, just give them an even stronger incentive to leave the company. I can't see what could possibly go wrong with that idea.
