If they want to add more work to my plate, they can. From now on, it won't get done. They keep cutting people, their positions and expecting the rest of us to do their work. Well, I'm done. If that means I'll be shown the door, so be it. I'm past the point of caring. We all had a long talk with the R&d director and he told us this is how this is the way it is and we’re all lucky to have a job. This place is terrible!

What you mean anymore? Was at BOD for years, designed a part here and there but mainly on YouTube. Nobody else cared either, most people just chatting around the office or bullying the ginger fella in the corner. Highlight of the day was the weeble wobbling past slivering down his chin with excitement to get to the microwave.
I would take my two weeks vacation then quit. F em.
I was with WFT for 20+ years & left in 2020. It used to be a good place to work but slowly things changed & just kept getting worse, low morale, extra workload etc
I'm here to tell you there are better opportunities out there. Go for it, no sense working somewhere that you hate!

I’m I women, they try to overload us all and we could really give a rats ars. They can take this job and give it to the next fool. Three of us have had multiple interviews and will be signing soon. Why would I (we) waste any effort in trying to tell the bosses their shortcomings. they’re €icking mentality challenged as it is. Where does this place find these mo--ns? I can easily let them drop even though I have non, but it would be all for not.
