So if I am going to hand my notice in and I do it before March but am still in notice period till end of April will I still get my bonus or is it best to hold off until beginning of April to hand notice in

My colleague resigned and they offered her triple bonus to stay. Go figure.

Resign when you like. If you worked 2021 they will pay your bonus as it’s connected to 2021 not 2022. Any issues, threaten to go to labour court, normally they pay quickly if they hesitated before with that threat or if you’re in Poland talk to the union rep.
This is basically a legal question.
In the US, you have to be employed until March 1, I would imagine it's similar in the UK, you should reach out to your HR rep to get an answer in writing in case anything goes ti-s up
