Unprecedented times call for unprecedented measures! Why can’t they just throw everybody into the phone path regardless of their position? They keep saying we have to keep the customer in mind- bring the analysts back to the teams and put the management in the cues! That simple! The company has hired a number of employees since last fall and I expect the majority of them will be quitting as they continue to be forced to work overtime.

wait you want to unionize but want management to pick up production slack as well as other non-union eligible employees? yeah.............doesn't work that way.
@2kwz-and yet the most beautiful thing is I still get to manage grunts like you❤️
@2lio+1f1asQAZ- all it takes is a degree in bird watching and brown nosing and voila, the next TM.
This commentary is classic. Oh yes, you are superior because you talk to the customers. Laughable and been this way since the dawn of time. You all hate you aren’t a in management and you talk sm--k to make yourselves feel better. The story is old as time. You aren’t in management for a reason. End of story
Hold on, OP. Are you seriously suggesting that management take time out of their day to actually work? !
But also, most TMs, analysts, and especially overpaid execs have zero ability to handle claims. Could you imagine being a customer and speaking to someone with the tone of an exec? It would be like talking to a policitican - a 10-minute response to a simple question which would remain unanswered.
About 4 years ago or so, SF closed a bunch of tech analysts positions and made them reapply to other positions to stay with SF. I think 10 or so analyst couldn’t get other jobs, so were forced to come to Injury. About half went on short term leave after 6 months for stress and I think all left the company after a year. These were all 10-20 year employees, use to getting top reviews etc
The point here is this, all you analysts with your cushy analyst positions can lose it at any time. The company needs claim handlers to function, your job is a support role. Keep thinking you are safe, the company will put you into claims if things get bad enough .
Leaders and analysts and execs should.
Their easy charmed roles for big pay is too self important. For doing little of substance.
Mmmmm, love me some good mutton….and baby lambs🐑🐑
Get this! SF from CM down to TM are sheep. None of them have the ability to lead. NONE! They are corporate process push the button types who don't have a clue what it is like to be the the sheep dog to keep the wolves out of their herd. NONE! Meanwhile, their sheep are getting attacked right and left with the herd population at all time low. They can sit back and talk about how a sheep talks and acts but none of them take the time to figure out what they are doing that is wrong to protect the sheep. IMO that is incompetence and it's time to replace the sheep dogs. None have them have learned to defend. They have become wolves because they sleep with the wolves and reproduce wolves that attack the sheep. It's that quiet little sheep in the middle of the pack that has it figured out that will make the sheep adapt. People make numbers. Numbers do not create people nor value. HINT!
Agreed, the lack of assistance by management and executives in helping resolve the issues caused by their poor business planning is disturbing. Its ok, im sure they are typing up a short essay email to send out to everyone which will surely make all right with the employees. I know i work for the emails and im sure everyone else here does too...
Can't everyone see plainly they don't care about you. They are so into themselves that they are blind to any and all the employee brings up. Get out. They're narcissistic id--ts.
A few years back TMs in my demand were working CS tasks and making outbound calls and taking RSs. HR dropped the hammer on that and stopped it. But TMs are still in the phones and queues to handle complaints that are being generated by the current understaffing, Agero incompetence, lack of staff estimators to inspect cars in a reasonable time. I completely agree with putting anyone who is in claims but never does any actual claim work back into the phones: analysts, workforce management, claims trainers, telephony, survey team members....probably more that I am missing.
