Got to love that the Stink cannot hire people because of the wonderful Toxic environment he created with his unfabulous leadership. So instead they barrage us with 5 emails a day that there is a hiring event near us and a referrer bonus for anyone willing to work for Toxic-T.
And they are actually surprised that it is difficult for Toxic-T to hire anyone with all the Stink's take aways?
They need to get a few planes full of H1B here pronto to work for nothin!
from a staffing perspective, everything is right on-track at ATT. They've done a few dozen layoffs in the past 5 or so years, a few voluntary reductions, and they've been targeting older employees now for the past 12 months. Plan to transform ATT into a woke mecca is going just fine.
Most jobs at ATT are so d-mb it doesn't matter who they place in them. For folks that think they don't have a d-mb job, you're apparently too d-mb to know you do.
This place has been toxic since before Whittacre. The whole SBC mindset is toxic. SBC was the worst of the Baby Bells. Unfortunately, they were the ones that took over and ruined the culture of the other Bells.
Ratty and Stinks have continued and expanded upon the culture of toxicity while proving to be thoroughly incompetent at their jobs. No one is lining up to work at a sinking ship like Stinky's AT&T.
been to two companies since att and neither of them had layoffs and I never heard the word it was nice to be normal again. no other company does layoffs like att. they are one of a kind in that department.
I take that back maybe defense contractors because contracts expire and don't get renewed.
Anyone who does even the slightest research on T before considering accepting a job will have noticed that the ONLY thing this company has been consistent with over the last 10+ years has been layoffs.
So why would anyone accept a job here knowing that in 6 months they could be surplussed?
