I worked at several companies that were worse than Schlumberger. It's not an ideal workplace, but at least I'm not expected to be on call 24/7 by my manager and I don't have to navigate a work culture that promotes backstabbing to advance your career. If there were fewer layoffs, I could really enjoy this place.

This guy doesn't work for SLB
He was probably hired to do damage control for SLB by HR

Spend some time at the Florence Ky plant and tell me that.

Who are you kidding? This company and its gaslighting schemes will pull you apart like taffy and have your brain looking like mush in under a month once you’re about to be gone. Then you will be coming back to this forum to b$t@h about how done wrong you were but don’t worry, we got ur back!
Hello Mr Le Peuch and how's things going for you and your bonus?

Are you sure you have ever worked for SLB?, this attitude was the only way to get promotion within this company. Honesty, integrity and hard work counted for very little and were not recognised as being positives for career enhancement at all.
