Just a few weeks in and life after Xerox is GREAT !! Make's me wish I would've left 10 years ago... Oh well, no time like the present :)

I'll second that. My life improved alot when I left. Unless your management or in a high paying job then there is absoluty no reason to stay with Xerox when you know that the company will be folding in the future. Unless you are just putting a little more time in so that you can retire id find a new job.
