The DA Honeywell business model:

  1. Acquire a company with legacy technology
  2. Integrate and milk it for 10-20 years
  3. Fire 95% of staff; including key engineers
  4. Be dependent on engineers in Bangalore without domain knowledge
  5. Increase product pricing YoY; ignore competitive benchmarks
  6. Inplement Furlough/ order surcharges
  7. Focus on irrelevant key shareholder themes like diversity & inclusivity; fool everyone that the focus is on software
  8. Divest the company
  9. Celebrate the deal with opus wine in one of its 5 company jets

Honeywell HR games Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc. to show a competent front these days. Ten years ago these sites were much more reliable, but not now.

You know folks, Glassdoor reviews show a lot of love to Honeywell. It's not a realistic representation of life of working here.
